PROLOGUE
We are rewriting the last two scenes of Loki, season 1:
Before Loki can stop her, Sylvie manages to stab He Who Remains before opening a Time Corridor and dragging Loki along with her, back to Reality.
After Sylvie killed He Who Remains, the Sacred Timeline was freed from his control and was now able to flow as it will. Just moments after his death, this timeline (also known as MCU-616) started to fall into chaos, growing countless branches, all of which reached into other timelines within the Multiverse, effectively connecting itself to the other, formerly isolated realities within the Multiverse. This was the inception of the Convergence and the beginning of Variants co-existing within the same reality.
It should be noted that when He Who Remains died, the pocket dimensions containing the TVA, the Void and the Citadel at the End of Time became sealed.
It should also be noted that, unless specifically excluded, future Marvel movies and television shows will be considered to be Canon. If you are not sure about a certain movie or show, please feel free to ask the Staff. If we haven’t seen something yet, we may ask you to wait until we can catch up.
WHAT IS CANON?
All MCU movies and television series, excluding: Loki (beyond season 1); all Fox X-Men movies; The Gifted; all non-Tom Holland Spider-Man movies, the Deadpool Movies, and GotG 3.
All Marvel comic books, including those not set in the 616-verse (including superhero titles from the pre-Marvel lines, Atlas and Timely Comics) - but only for your character’s History/Origin.
ARE OCs ALLOWED?
Sorry, but no. There are so many canon characters to choose from in the Marvel universe, and with our setting, literally any character from any period of time is available to bring into our present day - they just have to have come over from one of the other timelines during the Convergence. This includes characters that were deceased in the original MCU-616 canon (like the Black Widow, or Peggy Carter, for example), or never even existed (like the X-Men).
REGARDING VARIANTS:
Variants will be allowed; however, they cannot be the same person with the same name and/or face as an already existing version of that character. What we are looking for are Variants like: Sylvie as Lady Loki, Miles Morales as Spider-Man, Gwen Stacy as Spider Gwen, an alternate Natasha Romanoff that didn’t die to obtain the Soul Stone, Peggy Carter as Captain Carter, etc.
REALITIES
The Prime!Timeline is the MCU-616 verse. Secondary to this is the Marvel Comics 616 verse. This means that if a canon character exists in the MCU-616 verse, that they are the prime version of that character. If a canon character hasn’t yet been introduced in the MCU, then their prime version will come from the 616-comics verse. Should a character not exist in either 616 reality, then they will need to be a Variant from a completely different timeline.
